For Offshore Distributors
Financing terms of up to 2 years are available to offshore distributors who want to import capital goods from the U.S. If the distributor sells the imported goods to users for cash or for terms less than 2 years, then the credit terms will be adjusted to the terms offered to the final user. This financing option assumes that the terms obtained through this program will be passed to the final user of the goods. Note: This option cannot be used to finance working capital.
In the case of goods included as part of a rental fleet, financing terms for up to 5 years may be available, provided that the goods are part of the fixed assets of the distributor. In this case, the standard medium-term financing conditions apply.
